Hello Lillypad1. Thank you for your enquiry. It can be difficult to get on and off the toilet if you are suffering with arthritis. An OT assessment would determine exactley the difficulty and the best solution. Often, a person is provied with a raised toilet seat, a frame to go around the toilet, and integrated frame and seat or grab rails.
